My mission is to help you restore balance, rediscover confidence and build lasting wellness from within.

My passion for nutrition began long before becoming my profession. At just 10 years old, while training as a ballet dancer, I learned how deeply what we eat affects how we perform, feel and move. That early awareness sparked a lifelong fascination with the connection between nourishment, energy, overall health and well-being. After obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and dancing professionally, I went back to school for a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University. I completed my internship and then worked at Mount Sinai Beth Israel hospital. After becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I shortly became credentialed as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.

Over the past 20 years, I have worked in various clinical settings across nearly every clinical area of nutrition. In large hospitals and outpatient clinical settings to being a clinical trainer for pharmaceutical and medical device companies I worked with patients of all different ages. Through these experiences I have observed there is no one size fits all approach to nutrition and wellness, making individualization imperative. Our bodies, hormones and lifestyles are constantly evolving and our nutrition should evolve, as well.

My current practice focuses on blood glucose control, women’s health, hormonal balance and weight loss that is sustainable. I help women navigate life transitions such as perimenopause and menopause, guiding them toward feeling more in control of their bodies, at ease in their own skin and taking charge of their health.

Through a personalized and evidence based approach, I blend science with compassion to create practical and realistic nutrition plans that fit into real life.
